None were raised.

4. Presentation and Adoption of the Annual Report

Financial report of 2009-2010 year read and accepted. Conrad moved, Matt seconded.

5. Appointment of Auditor

Legal requirements of auditor discussed, difficulty in finding affordable CA or CGA, the only two designations recognized by the Ontario government. Discussion of merits of having financial auditor for trust reasons, since Conrad is the only one looking after the finances. Discussion of looking for an auditor but understanding that the government isn't monitoring the use of one or not. Discussion that the board members are the only members of the organization and because of that there is little risk of member complaints to the government about finances. No auditor was appointed for coming year.

6. Election of Officers

All officers agreed to stay in present positions: Conrad as President, Matthew as Secretary, Evan as Treasurer.
